This is an Audrey Hepburn inspired tutu dress. Made with black tulle, a black crochet band and satin ribbon. Tutu outfit comes with satin ribbon sash, large dark sunglasses and pearl necklace. fits sizes 5T to xs(4), maybe a s(5) but is a shorter tutu.
